International Urban Festival City Scanning Session ’19 is organized by MetaLab in Ivano-Frankivsk with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation (UCF), of the program Culture Bridges funded by the European Union and is supported by the US Embassy in Ukraine (USA embassy).
