Status: External and internal engineering systems were replaced. The rooms are being painted. We started updating the fire security system.
It is a former student dormitory in Zinkivtsi village, by Kamianets-Podilskyi, Khmelnytskyi region. The building is situated in a picturesque location overlooking a historical fortress, within a 20-minute walking distance from the city center.
The dormitory is public property standing on a large land plot of 7 hectares. There is a sports playground nearby. Also, there is a fruit garden, sheep farm, agricultural equipment, and the opportunity to allocate kitchen gardens to grow crops.
The building has not been in use for over 20 years, so it needed sufficient retrofitting. We are doing partial replanning, reconstructing the electric substation, installing sewage treatment facilities, replacing heating, water supply, and sewerage systems, covering the roof, replacing windows and doors, plastering and painting the walls, and providing spaces with furniture and household appliances.
